These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bs9999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses the bs9999.cam website, application or related services ("User", "you"). 3 Account Registration

Each user may create and operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all associated accounts and any balances or bonuses held within them will be forfeited.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide completely accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bs9999 may at any time request the following documents to verify a user's identity:
- Scan of National ID (NID) or passport
- Most recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g. confirmation of bKash or Nagad number)
If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed.
3.4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account password and login details. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on bs9999 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, the transfer is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed
- Applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method
- Withdrawals may only be made to the registered account holder's own payment account
bs9999 reserves the right to delay large withdrawals for additional verification if necessary. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, any withdrawal will be held until the investigation is completed.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes withdrawable after ৳20,000 in wagers have been placed.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer will have its own expiry date; if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting) is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- bs9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- A user may claim a specific bonus only once.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
A bet will only be considered final and valid once it has been recorded as confirmed in the system. Incomplete bets due to technical errors or loss of connection may be considered void. The records stored in the bs9999 system are the final proof.
6.2 Odds and Outcomes
The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. We reserve the right to cancel a bet if the published odds are incorrect or if abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error. For sports events, if an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded.
6.3 Game Results and Dispute Resolution
All games are operated by a verified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers. 7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bs9999 platform, and involvement in any one or more of them will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity for the sole purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Money laundering: Attempting to legitimise funds obtained from any illegal source through the platform.
- Cheating or fraud: Attempting to defraud the platform through software exploits, hacking or any other method.
- Use of third-party accounts: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
- Use of robots or bots: Participating in games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Minor access: Assisting anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Limited Liability

8.2 Maximum Liability

9 Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure that your balance has been fully withdrawn. Account closure requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
9.2 Suspension by bs9999
bs9999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, a request from law enforcement, or prolonged inactivity.
9.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months will be marked as "inactive". A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, an inactive account may be closed automatically.
